- Cooking Onions: Add the finely chopped onions. Sauté until they're golden brown.
- Adding Spices: Stir in the ginger-garlic paste and sauté until the raw smell disappears. Then, add the red chili powder, turmeric powder, and coriander powder. Mix well.
- Tomatoes: Incorporate the chopped tomatoes into the karahi. Cook until they are soft and the oil begins to separate from the mixture.
- Meat: Add the minced meat (keema) to the karahi. Cook, stirring regularly, until the meat is browned and cooked through.
- Simmer: Once the meat is cooked, add the slit green chilies and salt. Mix well. Cover the karahi with a lid and let the keema simmer for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
- Final Touch: Sprinkle garam masala over the keema. Give it a mix and then turn off the heat.
- Garnishing: Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and julienned ginger.
